Udyakan Festival sa Patnongon

Udyakan Festival is celebrated at Patnongon, Antique during the last Monday of the month of February. The people are gathering together to witness the promising events like the Mardi Gras competition, the Street Dance Competition, Fire Dance Competition, Parada kang  Karusa Competition, etc. This event also includes the showcasing of the handicrafts or delicacies in every barangay in our town.

Base on the theme: “Manggad kag Bugal kang mga taga Patnongon’’, every Barangay has their own float expressing their livelihood. I am so flattered to see my fellow Patnonganon’s who’s been there helping to build these amazing floats. This was the first time to include this kind of competition (Parada kang Karusa Competition).
